How it works
There are two tables in this Base template: one for managing your inventory and another for tracking customer orders.
Table 1: Inventory Management

The first table contains the essential information for all products, including their name, barcode, category, price, stock level, photos, and contact person. The stock level is automatically calculated based on the number of customer orders in table 2 and when stock falls to a certain point, a reminder will be sent to the team member in charge. Team members on the frontline can then easily update the table by submitting a few product details in simple form.
Table 2: Order Management

The second table covers order management and contains key details such as order number, item, status, customer name, sales rep, quantity, price, and order date. Keeping such a meticulous record of every order allows you to trace back any issues and perform in-depth sales analysis. And the Gantt view in this table allows you to keep an eye on shipping schedules and spot any irregularities with ease.
