Insert forms into Docs

I. Intro
You can insert Base forms into your Lark documents as embedded webpages to let users fill out forms directly in the document.
II. Steps
  1. Open the base with the form and click the form name.
  1. Click Invite Respondents in the upper-right corner. Turn on Invite via link, set the sharing range for the form, and click Copy link.

  1. Paste the link that you've just copied into the document and select Preview View.
Users can fill out and submit the form directly in the document. Information submitted through a form embedded in a document will be automatically synced to the source base.

III. FAQs
Can I insert a form on the mobile app?
This feature is not currently supported. Embedded forms will be displayed as links in the mobile app.
