How it works
The template contains four tables, each covering a different aspect of project management.
Table 1: Projects

This table contains all projects and includes details such as owners, members, objectives, and statuses.
You'll also be able to see the specific tasks involved and related weekly progress reports.
Table 2: Weekly Report

This table is used to keep track of project updates. Members simply have to fill out a form and their responses will be added to this table.
Table 3: Tasks

Projects should be broken down into discrete tasks, with a designated team member, status, and priority as well as start and end dates. If you have multiple projects at once, the Project field makes it clear to which project each task belongs.
Table 4: Members

This table provides a comprehensive overview of all team members, their projects and tasks, and the departments involved.
