I. Intro
Version requirements: Lark mobile version 7.32 or above. No version requirements for the desktop app or web version.
You can add Net Promoter Score (NPS) charts to dashboards in Base to visualize customer loyalty and satisfaction. Organizations can use NPS to evaluate customer satisfaction by asking customers if they would recommend the organization's products or services to others and then group the customers in the following three categories based on the scores they give (with a max score of 10):
- Detractors: Customers who give a score of 0 to 6, are dissatisfied with the product or service, and may share negative feedback.
- Passives: Customers who give a score of 7 or 8, are satisfied with the product or service but are not actively recommending it.
- Promoters: Customers who give a score of 9 or 10, are usually very satisfied with the product or service and are willing to actively recommend it to others.
Using NPS charts in the dashboard, you can actively monitor and analyze the customer satisfaction level for your product or service. You can filter the data based on different time periods, customer groups, and other conditions as needed.

Configure an NPS chart
After adding an NPS chart, you can configure its block type, data, and style.
- You can configure the following settings under the Setup tab:
- Data source: You can select any table in the current base as the data source for the chart.
- Data range: You can select a view from the table or set a filter scope to filter for the data you need.
- Calculate NPS by: You need to select a rating field to be used as the basis for the NPS chart. If there is no rating field available, then the NPS chart cannot be configured.
- Ranges for detractors, passives, and promoters: You can slide the buttons on the scale to modify the score ranges for detractors, passives, and promoters (at least one score for each). If the selected rating field has fewer than 3 score levels, then the NPS chart cannot be configured.
- Themes: You can choose a display color for the NPS chart. Each theme color has three color configurations that correspond to detractors, passives, and promoters.
- Options: You can select Data label (selected by default) to show the scale on the chart. You can also select List (not selected by default) to show a list with the score ranges, percentage, and count for detractors, passives, and promoters.
