I. Intro
You can share a QR code or link to allow users to quickly add new records, without having to open the base. Additionally, you can add record details in a separate pane instead of adding them column by column in the table.
II. Steps
Add new records from a base
Desktop
Click Add Record in the upper-left corner of a view (except form view) to open a new record details pane.
Note: Clicking on the + icon at the bottom of a grid view to add a new record will not bring up the new record details pane.

There are two buttons, QR Code and Get Link in the upper-right corner in the new record details pane. Click one of them to generate a QR code or link, and send it to your collaborators. Your collaborators can then scan the QR code or use the link on their Lark mobile app to add a new record.
Note: To add records by scanning a QR code or using a link, Lark version 7.7 and above is required. If you use a different app to scan the QR code, you will be redirected to Lark.
You can fill in the record details in the new record details pane and click Submit to add the record to the base. You can also click Submit and Add Another to add the record to the base and add another new record.
Mobile
Tap the + icon in the lower-right corner of a view (except form view) to open a new record details page.
Tap the Share icon in the upper-right corner and select Send to chat, Copy link, and QR code, to send a link or QR code to your collaborators, which they can use to add records to the base.

Add a record through QR code or link
Collaborators can click the link or scan the QR code sent to them to add a new record without opening the base.
They need to have permission to add records to be able to add a record using the QR code or link. If advanced permissions is turned on, the fields that can be added are determined by settings in advanced permissions.
Note: Adding a new record through a link or QR code is currently only supported on the mobile app.
Links shared to a Lark chat will be sent in the form of a message card that users can tap to jump to the add new record page.

After the collaborator fills out the record details and tap Submit, they will stay on the results page if they have view permission for the record (dependent upon the settings of the base).
On the result page, they can tap the ··· More icon in the upper-right corner, and select Add Another Record or View Table to jump to the base.
