I. Intro
You can use link fields in Base to add links to webpages.
II. Steps
Create a link field
Grid view
  1. Click the + button in the upper-right corner of the grid and set the Field type to Link. Click Confirm to create the field.
  1. Click a cell and click the Link icon on the right. Enter the text to be displayed and the web address you want to link to, then click Confirm

You can also right-click an existing field name and select Insert left or Insert right.

Kanban view and gallery view
Create a field:
  • Method 1: On the toolbar, click the Customize card icon then select New field at the bottom of the menu.
  • Method 2: Click a card to expand it, and click New field at the bottom of the card.

Edit a link
Grid and Gantt view
  1. Click a cell, then click the Link icon on the right to edit the link.
  1. Once you've finished making your changes, click Confirm to save them.

  1. Click a card to expand it, find the link field, then click the Link icon on the right of a link to edit it.

III. FAQs
Can I add more than one link to a cell?
No, it is currently only possible to add one hyperlink per cell.
