- Add buttons: Add up to three buttons at the bottom to redirect users to where they need to go.

II. Use case
You can set up an automated workflow to send a message to a group when a team member closes a housing contract. The team member simply needs to fill out the key details in a base form, and a card message will then be automatically sent to the specified group chat.
1. Create a form
- Create a new form view to collect members' contract details. In the example below, a new form view is created from Contract Summary List.
- Enable link sharing, copy the link, and send it to your team members.

2. Build an automated workflow
Set trigger condition
To send a message to a group chat when a member submits new contracts through the form, select When adding a new record as the trigger condition.
Set actions
To send a message that contains Lookup and formula fields, select Find records as the trigger action.
- Find records: Select the table where new records are added, then select Record added in step 1. Under Find records based on, select the Lookup and formula fields, which are Region, City, and Branch in the example below.
Click Add action.
- Send a Lark message: Select Groups, then select the group chat you want to send the messages to. Enter the heading and set the background color and draft your message. You can add an image to the body by referencing an attachment field in the table and use Markdown to format the message.
- Add buttons: Turn on Add a button at the end to add buttons that redirect users to a different page (For example, contract information registration form, dashboards, and so on).
After configuring these settings, save and enable the automated workflow.

3. Create a dashboard
When summarizing sales data at the end of a month or quarter, dashboards are a great way to track and visualize the dynamic changes in daily sales data. You can even insert dashboards into Lark Docs with just one click, so there's no need to rely on screenshots that quickly become out of date.

You can use Markdown to format the message, including bold, italic, @user, text color, and more.
