2,000 rows

The above are the row limits per table in Base. For the Enterprise plan, the initial row limit is 20,000, which can be manually expanded to 50,000. To upgrade your plan or if you encounter any issues, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager. The Lark Basic plan supports only specific countries and regions.
How do I increase the number of rows that can be added to a table?
When the number of rows in a table exceeds 10,000, a new option will appear in the table menu: Click the icon next to the table name, select Increase Row Limit to 50000, and click Increase Now in the pop-up.
In what situations are row limit increases not supported?
The row limit cannot be increased if any of the following are true:
  1. There are 100 or more formula or lookup fields in the table.
  1. The base is created before April 2023. If you still need to increase its limit, click the icon next to the table, select Increase Row Limit to 50000, select Migrate Base Data, and the data will be copied over to a new base with the increased row limit.

Note:
  • Edit history will not be migrated over to the new base.
  • If you're using OpenAPI, please note that the new base will have a new URL.
What happens when I add a new record when the row limit for the base has been reached?
You'll get an error message and won't be able to add the new record.
