I. Intro
You can convert PowerPoint (PPTX) files saved on your device or in Lark Docs Drive into Lark Slides files.
Note: The maximum file size that can be imported is 600 MB.
II. Steps
Import local PPTX files
Open any Lark document, hover over the + icon in the upper-right corner, and select Upload or Import > Import as Docs. Then, select the import format Microsoft PowerPoint.

Convert PPTX files in Drive into Slide files
Open the PPTX file, hover over the ··· icon in the upper-right corner, and select Import as Slides.
Note: You cannot convert files found in Wiki or My Document Library. If you need to convert a file, move it to Drive first.

Why can't I import files in PPT format?
  • Make sure that the size of the PPT file is smaller than the limit of 600 MB, and the number of elements used in the file is no more than the limit of 20,000.
Is there a size limit for importing files as Slides files?
The maximum size of files that you can convert to Slide files is 600 MB. The maximum number of elements on a slide (such as text boxes, images, and videos) is 20,000.
Which slide elements or formats will be affected during importing?

Description
Charts, pen drawings, annotations, objects, formulas, connecting lines, element animations, page animations
Cannot be imported.
Videos, audio, tables, SmartArt, layout, master slides, date and time, slide numbers, text boxes, rich text, graphics
After import, some properties may be lost.
If the imported table contains graphics not supported in Lark Slides, the graphics will be imported as image elements.

Imported as image elements.
Images
Images in formats other than .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif may be lost or displayed incorrectly when imported.
