Platform requirements: These steps can only be performed on the desktop app or the web version.
You can upgrade old flowcharts or UML diagrams in a document to a board for a different way to draw your diagrams and charts.

II. Steps
There are two methods to upgrade a flowchart or UML diagram to a board:
Method 1: Open the document, hover over the flowchart or UML diagram, and an Upgrade to Board icon will appear on the right. Click this icon, and then click Upgrade.

Method 2: Open the document, hover over the flowchart or UML diagram, and click Edit to enter the editing page. Click Upgrade to Board > Upgrade.

The original flowchart or UML diagram will not be removed after the upgrade. Instead, a board with the flowchart or UML diagram will be added below the original flowchart or UML diagram.
Note: The flowchart on the board may not be exactly the same as the original. You can make adjustments as needed on the board.

III. FAQs
How do I check if the diagram I created is an old version of a flowchart or UML diagram?
You created an old version of a flowchart or UML diagram if you created it by clicking the + icon > More > Flowchart or UML diagram. When you hover over the old version of a chart or diagram, you will see the words Flowchart or UML diagram and an Upgrade to Board will be in the upper-right corner.
