I. Intro ​

Wiki space administrators, page owners, and collaborators with page management permissions can move pages and sub-pages to another location or remove pages from a wiki space. Removed pages will return to the page owners. ​

II. Steps ​

Move a wiki space page​

Who can perform these steps: Users with manage permission for the current page and edit permission for the target location.​

1. In the Lark app, click Docs in the navigation bar or go to larksuite.com/drive/home/ to enter the Docs homepage.​

2. Click Wiki in the sidebar and select the target wiki space. ​

3. On the wiki space table of contents, click the ··· icon of the page you want to move and select Move To.​

4. Select the target location in the pop-up window and click Confirm. You need to have edit permission for the target location.​

3. You may see a prompt that the page will inherit the target location's permission settings. Click Move in the prompt to move the page to the target location. ​

Note:​

• If the target location is a page in a wiki space or My Document Library, the sub-pages of the page being moved will also be moved. ​

• If the target location is a folder, the sub-pages of the page being moved will not be moved but will move up one position in the wiki table of contents instead.​

• You can also move pages in bulk, but the target location can only be Wiki or My Document Library.​

Remove a wiki space page​

Who can perform these steps: Users with manage permission for the current page.​

When you remove a wiki space page, it will be moved to the page owner's My Space (Drive > My Document Library), allowing the owner to manage the documents themselves. ​

1. In the Lark app, click Docs in the navigation bar or go to larksuite.com/drive/home/ to enter the Docs homepage.​

2. Click Wiki in the sidebar and select the target wiki space. ​

3. On the wiki space table of contents, click the ··· icon of the page you want to remove and select Remove From Wiki Space.​

4. Click Remove and the page will be moved to the page owner's My Space (Drive > My Document Library). The sub-pages of the page will not be moved but will move up one position in the wiki table of contents instead.​

• Note: If the page is no longer needed, administrators can also directly delete the page. The deleted page will go to the wiki space trash and can be restored within 30 days. ​

Who can move or remove pages in the Wiki?

Only wiki space administrators, page owners, and collaborators with page management permissions can move or remove pages. For other users, this option is grayed out. ​

If you don't have management permissions for the parent page of a sub-page, you'll need to submit a request to the parent page owner. The sub-page will be moved or removed after the parent page owner approves the request. ​

Can wiki space administrators restrict who can move pages?

Users with page management permissions can move pages and this setting cannot be changed. However, wiki space administrators can click the Settings icon > Security to tighten the requirements for moving sub-pages by requiring management permission for the sub-page and edit permission for the parent page.​

How do I check my permissions for the page I am on?

Hover over Share in the upper-right corner of the page to see your permissions. ​

How do I check who the wiki space administrators are?

• If you're a wiki space administrator: Click the Settings icon > Members to check the administrator list under Roles and permissions. ​

• If you're a wiki member or user with access: Click the ​ icon at the bottom of the wiki table of contents and wiki space administrators will be listed in the pop-up window. ​

How do I delete a page permanently?

In the wiki table of contents, click the ··· icon of the target page and select Delete. For more details, see Delete and restore wiki space pages.​

How do I delete a wiki space?

The wiki space administrator can go to the wiki space, click the Settings icon > More, and select Delete Wiki Space. For more details, see Wiki administrator guide.​

How do I add a document to a wiki space?

To move an existing document to a wiki space, see Move documents to Wiki or folder. To add a new page to a wiki space, see Add pages to a wiki space.​

Can I move wiki spaces pages to a folder in bulk?

No, you can only move one page to a folder at a time. If you select multiple pages to move, you cannot select a folder as the target location. If the page you are moving contains sub-pages and you select a folder as the target location, the sub-pages will not be moved.​
