I. Intro
If document sharing is set to Anyone with the link can edit, users can edit the document without logging in to Lark. It offers the following benefits:
  • Users can edit documents without registering for a Lark account, reducing barriers to collaboration with external users.
  • Users can make edits without revealing their personal information.
II. Steps

Notice: Users can only edit anonymously in documents with permission set to Anyone with the link can edit.
You can edit directly without logging in to Lark in documents with the link sharing range set to Anyone with the link can edit.
You can use most features when editing anonymously. Using @ to mention someone, uploading images or files, viewing edit history, or using add-ons are not supported.

Why can't I edit a document anonymously?
You can only edit anonymously when document sharing is set to Anyone with the link can edit.
After I make an edit, will the document owner be able to see who I am?
No.
After I make an edit, will the document owner be able to see my edit history?
The document owner can check the document edit history, but they will only be able to see anonymous editors as Guest user [number].
Will I be able to look up who the owner of the document is?
No. You'll only be able to see that the document owner is Lark user [number].

As the document owner, how can I ensure that users who are not logged in can edit my document?
