I. Intro
There are three roles that can be configured for a wiki space, allowing you to flexibly and securely manage access rights. Roles include administrator, editor, and viewer.

Administrator
Can manage the wiki space and all the pages within.
Editor
By default, can edit all pages in the wiki space.
Viewer
By default, can view all pages in the wiki space.

Notice:
  • The creator of the wiki space is the default administrator and can add other administrators. Administrators cannot be added to wiki spaces created by personal Lark accounts.
  • Users with manage permission for a page can modify member permissions for that page.
Permission description
Wiki space-level permissions
Your role determines what actions can be taken on the wiki space, as outlined below:

Can view all page content by default

Notice: When the wiki space administrator turns off copying, duplicating, printing, or exporting (downloading) for users with view permissions in security settings, who can copy content, who can create copies, print and download and who can comment will be turned off in the page's Share > Permission settings.
Collaborator permissions can be separately configured for each page. Actions that can be taken are based on the permissions you're granted for that page, as outlined below:
