I. Intro
Notice: Instructions in this article apply to all document types in Lark Docs, including Docs, Sheets, Base, MindNotes, and uploaded files.
If you are a document owner or have management permission for a document, you can restrict other collaborators from copying, making copies, printing, and downloading the document.
II. Steps
- Click Share in the upper-right corner of the document and select Permission settings in the Share the document pane. Alternatively, click the ··· More icon in the upper-right corner and select Permissions > Permission settings.
- Select the restrictions for the document in the options provided:
- Who can copy content: Select Users with edit permission or Users with manage permission.
- Who can duplicate, print, or download: Select Users with edit permission or Users with manage permission.
- In the Share the document pane, click your profile photo to go Manage collaborators. Change the permission of collaborators you wish to restrict to Can view. Another option is to click Remove, which will not only remove their permissions but also deny them access to your document.
