III. FAQs
Why didn't a document open based on the method I specified?
Document links will be opened based on your preferred open method unless the developers have specified a method for opening their document links, in which case, the developer's method will be followed. For more details, see Configure webpage to open in browser.
Why do I need to log in every time I open a document in my browser?
If you didn't change your profile in the browser, you should only need to log in once. If you need to re-login every time, check the settings of your browser or security apps. Turn off auto clearing of cache, cookies, and browsing history as these settings will affect your login status.
