I. Intro
Version requirement: Lark desktop app version 7.4 or above. No version requirements for the web version.
Platform requirement: This feature can only be used on the desktop app or web version.
Applicable scope: Instructions in this article apply to all document types in Lark Docs, including Docs, Sheets, Base, Slides, MindNotes, and uploaded files.
You can print Lark documents, sheets, and some document types that you upload.
- Lark Docs and Sheets can be printed on both the desktop app and from a web browser.
- Uploaded documents can only be printed from a web browser, including .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .csv, .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx, and .pdf.
- The following file types are not printable: MindNotes, Slides, Form, videos, and images. For printing bases, see Automatically typeset and print with DocuGenius.
Note: Users with manage permission can print the document. Whether users with other permissions can print the document depends on the setting of Who can duplicate, print or download. For more information, see Set share, copy, download, and comment permissions for documents.
II. Steps
- Open a document and click the ··· icon in the upper-right corner > Print.
- Note: If it's a document that you uploaded to Lark Docs, you can only do this in a web browser.

- (Optional) For Lark documents with comments, select whether you want to include the comments or not.
- Configure the printing settings, such as Pages, Copies, Layout, or Paper size.
- Click Print.
Note: The print feature of Lark Docs relies on your web browser's capabilities, and the UI or options may vary according to the browser you use. Printing in the Lark desktop app leverages the capabilities of Google Chrome.
