I. Intro

Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators and administrators with customization permissions.
You can set header messages to appear at the top of all Docs created by members. These headers can communicate important concepts to your members, such as a reminder to follow organization rules. You can also attach links to Lingo entries to add extra detail.
II. Steps
  1. Go to the Lark Admin Console and click Customization > Feature Settings > Customize header messages in Docs.

  1. Click Edit, and enter your desired text in the Label field.
  1. Optionally, you can include a link to a Lingo entry in the Entry field. To learn how to link to a Lingo entry, see Copy a link to a Lingo entry.
  1. Optionally, click the globe icon to set header messages for other languages. These headers will display if a member is using Lark in the corresponding language. If the field for a language is left blank, the default header will be displayed.

  1. Toggle the switch to turn header messages on.
  1. Click Save.
III. FAQs
After setting up and enabling the organization header messages in Docs, how is it displayed on the member side?
After opening the document, members can view the organization header messages at the top of the document. If a Lingo entry has been set, then the definition will appear when a user hovers over the header.
