Lark provides four types of plans: Starter, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Different plans come with different benefits, such as maximum number of members, storage space, and concurrent participants in online meetings. After completing the registration of the Lark account, you can use the Starter plan, but the Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans need to be purchased separately.

Upgrade plans and purchase more storage
Upgrade the plan
If you are currently using the Starter plan and want to upgrade to a higher plan, go to the Lark Admin Console, and then click Upgrade on the homepage of the Admin Console. For more information, see Admin | Purchase Lark paid plans. If needed, you can consult with Support or your Customer Success Manager.

Purchase more storage
If you have already purchased the Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan but need more storage space, you can go to the Lark Admin Console and then click Billing> My Quota. Locate Total storage space, and then click Top up to purchase more storage space. For more information, see Admin | Purchase a storage upgrade plan.
