Purchase information: Separate payment is required for Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans. For more information, contact Support or your Customer Success Manager.
Lark provides four types of plans: Starter, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Different plans come with different benefits, such as maximum number of members, storage space, and concurrent participants in online meetings. After completing the registration of the Lark account, you can use the Starter plan, but the Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans need to be purchased separately.
Note: The Lark Basic plan supports only specific countries and regions.

Upgrade plans and purchase more storage
Upgrade the plan
If you are currently using the Starter plan and want to upgrade to a higher plan, go to the Lark Admin Console, and then click Upgrade on the homepage of the Admin Console. For more information, see Admin | Purchase Lark paid plans. If needed, you can consult with Support or your Customer Success Manager.

Purchase more storage
If you have already purchased the Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan but need more storage space, you can go to the Lark Admin Console and then click Billing> My Quota. Locate Total storage space, and then click Top up to purchase more storage space. For more information, see Admin | Purchase a storage upgrade plan.

III. FAQs
Can I still enjoy the benefits of the Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan if the purchased Pro or Enterprise plan has expired?
No. If the Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan has expired and has not been renewed, the organization can only enjoy the benefits of the Starter plan. The number of members and administrators in the organization will be consistent with the limits of the Starter plan. If you need to add members, you can upgrade to the Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan, or reduce the number of members to be under the limit of the Starter plan and then continue to add.
How can I check which plan the organization is currently using?
Go to the Lark Admin Console, and then you can see the plan that is currently used by the organization in the Admin Console homepage. If the organization has purchased the Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan, you can also click Billing > My Product. The plan with the Subscription status as In use is the plan that is currently used by the organization.

I have purchased a Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan. How can I check the number of seats?
Go to the Lark Admin Console and click Billing> My Product. You can then see the Purchased seats and Assigned seats for the purchased plan. For more information, see Admin | Assign seats.
