I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with Meeting Rooms permissions.
When an administrator is setting up the Meeting Rooms alert function, if they want specified persons to be notified of alerts through the Lark bot, they must first make sure that the Lark Rooms alert bot has already been installed.
II. Steps
To configure the Lark Rooms alert bot app, the administrator can enter the app details page using one of the following methods:
- Search for Lark Rooms alert bot in the search bar at the top of the Lark client, and click Get App .
- In the admin console, go to Workplace > App Management , click Find more Apps in the interface, search for Lark Rooms alert bot , and click Get .

On the app details page, click Get , select Allowed Members and Notify allowed members after installation in the second pop-up, check I have read and agreed to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service , click the Authorize and Install button to install.

Note: After installing successfully, if you want to modify allowed members click Go to Configure in the Install successful pop-up, or go to Workplace > App Management in the admin console, search for Lark Rooms alert bot in the interface, and click to enter. On the app configuration page, click the Enabled switch to activate the app, and click Configuration to set which members are allowed members and which are blocked members.

III. Setup complete
After installation is complete, if Lark bot notification alerts have already been enabled on the Meeting Rooms device and an alert occurs, the recipient of the alert can then receive notifications from the Lark Rooms alert bot.
