I. Intro
Availability: This feature is in beta.
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators and administrators with terminal security permissions.
Screen capture protection restricts organization members from recording or capturing screen content. This is a good way to secure sensitive data and further improve your organization's information security. The administrators can set the limitation on members, user groups, and departments.
Note: This feature applies to the Lark apps version 7.12 or above, including Android, iOS, and Windows.
II. Steps

- Open the Lark Admin Console, and click Security > Terminal Security > Screen capture protection.
- 250px|700px|reset

- You can also select Global to set a unified screen capture protection rule for all members.

How it works on the members' side
- Mobile:
- Android: When a member takes a screenshot within Lark, it will be intercepted and the screenshot will fail; when they record the screen, it will not be intercepted, but the recorded video will be black.
- iOS: When a member takes a screenshot within Lark, they will see a warning that the organization has enabled screen capture protection, but they can still take screenshots. When a member records the screen within Lark, they will see a blocking page that covers the screen, which disappears after the screen recording ends.
