Introduction to Lark Verification

I. Intro
🔖
Version requirement: Lark version 7.14 or above.
Lark Verification serves as a validation tool for an organization's identity. It helps people make informed choices that the organization they are joining or contacting is exactly the one they need, rather than a parody or fake account.
II. About Lark Verification
Lark Verification badge
Once your organization completes the Lark Verification, the "Verified" green badge will be automatically added to your organization's account name. Members will see the verification mark shown in the picture below in scenarios such as cross-business collaboration and joining an organization.

How Lark verifies organizations
Lark verifies eligible organizations on the Lark Pro and Enterprise plans. If needed, an organization can contact their customer success manager to submit an application for Lark Verification. Organizations without a customer success manager are unable to apply for Lark Verification yet.
We consider a number of factors before granting a verified badge, and may collect information from the organization. The organization name, registration number, taxpayer identification number, or email domain name provided by the organization for the Lark Verification should be able to identify the organization.
Lark Verification requires your account to be:
  • Authentic: Your account represents a real business or organization.
  • Paid: You are on a paid Lark plan.
💡
Important
  • Once verified, your organization's name must be highly related to the organization's identity, otherwise Lark reserves the right to cancel the verification badge.
  • Lark cannot fully guarantee that the identity of a verified organization is legal. All organizations (including verified ones) must comply with Lark's customer and user terms of service to ensure the security of the Lark platform. If an organization that meets the above requirements verifies with false information or engages in illegal activities after verification, Lark reserves the right to refuse or revoke the verification.
