Version requirement: Lark Rooms version 6.2 or above.
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators and administrators with Meeting Room permissions.
- Whether the Lark Rooms software automatically starts up when a meeting room device turns on
- Whether Lark Rooms always displays as the front window on a connected device when the Lark Rooms software is running
II. Steps
Go to the Lark Admin Console. On the left navigation bar, click Meeting Rooms > Room Management. Your organization's meeting room layers will be listed on the left. You can configure settings for a whole level, or a specific meeting room. Find the layer or meeting room you want to configure, click ··· More > Settings > Lark Rooms.

Click Application Permissions to the left of the Lark Rooms details page. As an administrator, enable or disable Rooms start with device and Always show on top. These two options are enabled by default.
Note: This setting can only be enabled if an offline meeting room is connected to Lark Rooms.
If there is no connected offline meeting room, Lark Rooms will not start automatically by default.
