I. Intro
If your organization uses a dedicated email domain, administrators can set it as an approved domain. When members sign up to Lark using an email address with an approved domain, they can join the organization without administrator approval. This not only helps administrators reduce operating costs and allows members to join quickly, but it also prevents members from mistakenly signing up to Lark Personal Edition or creating a new organization.
II. Steps
Go to the Lark Admin Console, click Settings > Approved Email Domains > Add Now.

After entering the email domain's name, click Next, then complete the setup by following the prompts to enter the email verification code.

Note: Email domains cannot be a public mailbox domain name, such as gmail.com.

III. FAQs
What is the maximum number of approved email domains?
Up to 20 approved email domains can be added per organization account. The Add Now button will be hidden if this limit is exceeded.
