If your organization uses a dedicated email domain, administrators can set it as an approved domain. When members sign up to Lark using an email address with an approved domain, they can join the organization without administrator approval. This not only helps administrators reduce operating costs and allows members to join quickly, but it also prevents members from mistakenly signing up to Lark Personal Edition or creating a new organization.
