This article introduces the supported IP addresses, IP segments, and wildcards in the Blocklist and Allowlist of Lark Mail.
II. Description
Supported IP addresses and IP segments
  • Both IPV4 and IPV6 are supported.
  • IP segments can be configured using - and /. For example:
  • 8.8.8.4-8.8.8.8 can be used for 8.8.8.4, 8.8.8.5, 8.8.8.6, 8.8.8.7, and 8.8.8.8.
  • 8.8.8.4/24 can be used for 8.8.8.4 - 8.8.8.255.
Supported wildcards
  • An asterisk * is used to indicate any number of characters. A question mark ? is used to indicate a single character. For example:
  • *.example.com can be used to indicate any subdomain of example.com
  • notice?@example.com can be used to indicate notice1@example.com, notice2@example.com, notice3@example.com, and so on.
  • Note the following rules when using wildcards:
  • Only one asterisk * can be used in one record.
  • An asterisk * can only be used at the start of a record, for example, *.example.com.
  • A question mark ? and an asterisk * cannot be used next to each other.
