Admin | Monitor meeting data

Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators and administrators with video meeting permissions.
Administrators can view ongoing or ended calls and meetings in the Lark Admin Console, as well as other meeting information such as meeting topics, organizers, and number of participants.
II. Steps
  1. Enter the Lark Admin Console, and click Product Settings > Video Meetings > Meeting Management > Calls and Meetings.

  1. Click Ongoing Meetings or Past Meetings to see the corresponding meeting information.
  • To filter the meetings, select a field type and search for keywords such as a participant's name, meeting ID, and so on.
  1. For past meetings, you can click Export to download data of meetings or participants as a table file.
  • Note: You need to follow the guidance and enter a verification code to download the information.

  1. Click a meeting to enter the meeting details page. On this page, you can view and export the Basic info and Participant details of ongoing and past meetings, such as device, client version, IP and the time they joined.

  1. Click individual participants to see relevant information about the user's meeting quality, including packet loss, bit rate, delay, jitter, and other information related to audio and video, screen sharing, and CPU usage.
  • Note: For ongoing meetings, the page will display real-time data information.
