Who can perform these steps: Google Workspace administrators.
Lark Calendar supports two-way syncing with Google Calendar. To use this function, you must go to the Google Workspace admin console and add your organization's Lark email domain to the allowlist. This ensures that emails from your domain can be synced normally and not marked as spam.
II. Steps
- Go to the configuration page
As an administrator, go to the Google Workspace admin console, and then click Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing and Malware to go to the configuration page.

2. Add allowed domains
- Under Spam, click Configure on the right-hand side of the interface.
- In the Add setting window, add a name or short description for this rule, and then select Bypass spam filters for messages received from addresses or domains within these approved senders lists.

- Under the check box, click Create or edit list to access the Manage address lists window.
- In the Manage address lists window, click Add address list and enter a name for the new list in the pop-up window.
- Under Address, click Add, then enter larksuite.com and calendar.larksuite.com, and click Save in the lower-right corner. Once you have saved the address list, Address list saved will be displayed.

- Return to the spam settings page and click Save in the lower-right corner to apply the settings. Once the settings have been saved, the current allowlist rules will be displayed under Spam. From here, you can click Edit, Stop, or Delete under Action to change the current rules.
