Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators and administrators with Messenger permissions.
As an administrator, you can set whether members can export group member information. Authorized members can export the group member information within the range of fields visible on the member's profile page.
Note:
  • After this function is set, it is only effective on Lark app version 7.6 or above.
  • Exporting member information for external groups, supergroups, and bot information within groups is not supported.
II. Steps
  1. Open the Lark Admin Console and click Product Settings > Messenger > Group Permissions.

  1. Click Edit to the right of Group member data export settings.

  1. Select from the following options:
  • Allow group owner and admin to export: All group owners and group administrators within the organization can export member information for the groups they have manage permission for.
  • Don't allow anyone to export: All organization members can't export group member information.
  • Allow selected members to export when they are the group owner or admin: Members within this range can export the group member information of the group chats they have manage permissions for.

  1. Click Save for the changes to take effect.
