I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators.
Primary administrators can use reports to view email usage information. These reports show the total emails sent and received per day, internal and external emails sent, internal and external emails received, and other data. In addition, you can view and export data for specific departments.
II. Steps
1. View data overview
As a primary administrator, go to Lark Admin Console, click Reports > Data Overview, and select a date.

Scroll down to Email to see email usage data for the selected date, including the total user count, total emails sent, and more.

2. View data details
Next to Email, click View details. Alternatively, click Reports > Feature Usage > Mail, and select the date and department you wish to check. This will display the total emails sent, total emails received, and more.
Note: The date range can't exceed 366 days.

3. Export email reports
Click Export on the right side, select a range and click Confirm. The exported Excel file includes the total emails sent, total emails received, emails sent externally, emails sent internally, external emails received, and internal emails received each day for the selected department and time period.
