After an administrator adds a business email alias for a member, the member will need to go to the Lark app and add the alias as a sender. They will then be able to send emails using the alias.
III. FAQs
Can members add customized business email aliases themselves?
No. Only administrators can add business email aliases.
The administrator has added a business email alias for me. Why can't I add it as a sender?
It may be because you are using a public mailbox or mailing list. Go to the Lark app > Email, click the Switch accounts icon and switch to your own business email. You'll then be able to add your business email alias as a sender.
