I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with "Member and Department" permission.
As an administrator, you can invite members to join a specified department to reduce the efforts of moving them around to the corresponding departments later.
II. Steps
- Open the Lark Admin Console and click Organization> Member and Department.
- On the Members page, click a department, then click Invite Member or Add Members.

- Complete the rest of the invitation. For more information, see Admin | Invite or add members to your organization.
Note: If you turn off Approval by administrator is required, the invited members can directly join the department after accepting the invitation. To guide members to join the department, see Join organizations.
