I. Intro
Before you can log in to Lark Mail with your third-party business email account, you may need to enter incoming and outgoing server and port information. You can find this on your current email service provider's website or app.

II. Steps
The table below shows the server and port information of three email service providers. For other providers, please visit their website or app for more information.
Obtain server and port information
Tencent Exmail and Zoho Mail are used as examples in this article.
Tencent Exmail
Log in to Tencent Exmail. Click Set > Email Sending and Receiving Settings at the top of the page. Under How to set, you can see the incoming and outgoing mail server and port information. Return to Lark Mail and enter it to log in.

Zoho Mail
Log in to Zoho Mail. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

Click Mail accounts in the left navigation bar and then click IMAP. Under IMAP Server Configuration, you can see the incoming and outgoing mail server and port information. Return to Lark Mail and enter it to log in.
