Mail Assistant is a bot that sends you email notifications and announcements through Lark.
II. Scenarios when Mail Assistant will contact you
You'll receive notifications and announcements from Mail Assistant in the following scenarios:
- When an administrator initiates an email migration task for you to complete. To learn more, see Migrate your emails from a third-party email service to Lark Mail service.
- When an administrator assigns or modifies your business email address.
- When you receive a new email. To learn more, see Configure email notifications.
- When you generate a password for a third-party app. To learn more, see Log in to Lark Mail through a third-party email client.
- When you exceed the sending limit in Lark Mail. To learn more, see Admin | Sending limits in Lark Mail.
- When you log in from a different location on a third-party app.
- Note: If your workplace has a VPN service, your network address may change when you connect through different VPN servers. This could trigger abnormal login notifications from Mail Assistant. However, these VPN-related notifications will not impact your ability to use Lark Mail.
