I. Intro
In Lark Mail, you can block specific senders or domains. After blocking, any new emails sent from those senders or domains will be automatically moved to the Spam folder. You can also mark specific senders or domains as trusted. After marking them as trusted, any new emails sent from those senders or domains will be delivered normally and will not be moved to the Spam folder.
II. Steps
Block sender
If you receive spam or suspicious emails and no longer wish to receive emails from the sender, click the
icon above the email. Hover over Block/Trust, and select Block Sender or Block [Sender's name].

Note:
- The maximum limit for both the block list and the trust list is 6,000 entries. If you try to add the 6,001st entry, the sender/domain that was added first to the list will be removed.
- If you set a blocked sender/domain as trusted, they will be automatically removed from the block list. Similarly, if you set a trusted sender/domain as blocked, they will be automatically removed from the trust list.
- When you block a domain, all emails sent from subdomains and third-level domains of that domain will be moved to the Spam folder.
- If you have blocked a domain but have set a specific recipient belonging to that domain as trusted, you will continue to receive emails from that recipient. For example, if you have blocked the domain example.com but have set tanaka@example.com, belonging to that domain, as trusted, you will still receive emails from tanaka@example.com in your Inbox folder.
