The recipient rejects the message
Contact the recipient to find out why the email was rejected.
550 550 verify address failed, User not found
Invalid recipient address
Confirm that the recipient address is correct and try again. Contact the recipient to confirm that their email is working properly if your email still bounces.
550 empty group members
The email group does not contain any addresses
Confirm that the recipient address is correct or ask the administrator of the recipient address to check whether the email group contains recipients.
550 invalid bounce message
Email format is incorrect or cannot be identified
Contact the sender to confirm that the email format is correct and then retry. The sender can check the following:
  1. Ensure that the "From," "To," and "Subject" fields have been filled in correctly when composing the email and that the information provided is clear and accurate.
  1. Check email send settings. Ensure that the "Mailfrom" address is in the correct format and that it matches the sender ID.
  1. If you use an email client or email software, ensure that the software is configured correctly and it is not causing missing email subjects or format errors.
550 tenant storage limit
Email storage is full
Contact the recipient to confirm the issue. Retry once the recipient has obtained more email storage.

The email was determined to contain spam content by the Lark Mail antispam system, so delivery was rejected
All versions of Lark Mail block the sending of spam. Refer to the Lark Acceptable Use Policy and re-edit your email content or change to a different email address before sending.
Contact your email administrator if your email continues to fail to send. The administrator can then contact Lark Support to troubleshoot the specific reason for the failure.
912 This mail is rejected by operation antispam rules
998 ips list is empty
Recipient domain parsing exception. This could mean that the domain does not exist or that the system could not parse a domain MX upon lookup.
Check that the recipient domain has been entered correctly. If it is correct, ask the recipient to check whether the domain has expired or if there is an exception with the DNS server.
