I. Intro
- You can use various method to search your emails in the Lark. You can use the search bar at the top of the Lark desktop app or the search bar within Email. You can also search for key words within an email to find specific content.
- Lark also provides features that improve the efficiency with which you can find and manage the emails you need. Search filters are available for you to use to narrow down the email search results that meet your conditions. You can also directly reply, forward, share and more to emails you've found via search.
II. Steps
Search by using the Email search bar
In the Lark desktop app, click Email in the left navigation bar. Click the search bar in the upper-left corner (shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F or Command + Shift + F), and then enter keywords to preview search results.

You can also click the Advanced search icon on the right of the search bar. Narrow your search results by using multiple filters such as sender, recipient, email subject, and keywords.

When searching under specific folders or labels, only emails under the current location will be searched by default.

In the Lark desktop app, click the search bar at the top of the app, then click the Email category. Enter an email address, sender, recipient, attachment or other information to search for related emails. Click a result to view details.

You can also click Filters on the upper-right corner to filter your search results by sender, recipient, attachment, keyword, folder, tag, date, and so on.

Search keywords in emails
Open an email, and click ... > Search within email (shortcut Ctrl + F or Command + F). Enter a keyword to find specific information within the email.
