III. FAQs
How many recipients can be added to an email?
If your organization has Lark Mail service, you can select up to 500 recipients per email. If your organization has Gmail service, you can select up to 100 recipients per email. Please note that if you select a group, the group is counted as one recipient.
Can I select an external contact as a recipient?
Yes. However, you need to add the external contact as an email contact beforehand.
Why can't I select certain departments or contacts within the organization when choosing recipients?
When selecting recipients (To, Cc or Bcc), if certain contacts or departments within the organization cannot be selected, hover over the checkbox to view a prompt explaining the reason.
Typically, if you can't select a member, it may be because the business email administrator of the organization has not assigned a business email to that member; if you can't select a department, it may be because the number of people in the department exceeds the limit of 500 recipients that can be added.
