III. FAQs
Can I import .olm files into Lark Mail?
This isn't currently supported, but you can sync them by visiting Import OLM files into Lark Mail.
Can Lark automatically remove duplicate emails when importing them from .pst and .mbox files?
Yes, it can. However, when importing emails, Lark will not remove duplicate emails that are already present in Lark Mail. This means that if you have a copy of an email in Lark that is also included in the .pst file being imported, it will not be automatically removed.
How do I export and then import emails from Lark Mail?
Please use the export function of Lark Mail to export emails in .mbox format. After exporting, you can import them again. To learn more, visit Using the email export function.
