I. Intro
Version requirement: Lark version 6.0 or above.
When faced with large-scale important meetings, organizers can use rehearsal mode in Webinar to run through the day's proceedings. Hosts and panelists can start or join a meeting in advance to rehearse and test everything to ensure that the webinar runs smoothly.
II. Steps
- Set up rehearsal mode
If you want to rehearse before a webinar officially starts, organizers must check the Rehearsal mode box in Settings when creating the webinar, so hosts and panelists can start or join a meeting in advance to rehearse.

- Start a rehearsal
Once set up, organizers and hosts can click Start Rehearsal on the event card to start a rehearsal meeting. If an organizer selected Allow event panelist to start meetings during set up, then panelists will be able to start a rehearsal.
Note: Once a rehearsal has started, attendees won't receive a notification to say a rehearsal has started.

After joining a rehearsal, Webinar rehearsal in session will be displayed at the top of the Meetings window, and hosts and panelists can try out the meeting's functions.
- End a rehearsal
After a rehearsal is finished, the hosts can select to end the rehearsal or start the official meeting. Click Start Webinar at the top of the screen, and any event guests who have yet to join will receive a notification that the webinar has officially started.
