Check if Do Not Disturb or other Focus modes are turned on
If your phone is in Do Not Disturb or other Focus modes, and you haven't allowed Lark to send notifications in those modes, your phone will not receive meeting invite notifications from Lark.
You can turn off the Focus modes or allow Lark to send notifications in Focus modes.
Note: The Focus mode feature includes multiple modes such as Work or Sleep, which is available on iOS 15.0 and above. If you're using an older version, you may only see Do Not Disturb.
To turn off Focus modes:
  1. Swipe down from the upper-right corner of your screen to open the Control Center.
  1. Tap the icon next to the Focus modes' name to turn it off.
  1. Test if you can receive meeting invite notifications.

III. FAQs
If Scheduled Summary is turned on for Lark, will it impact the meeting notifications?
Yes. When Scheduled Summary is on, you won't receive meeting invitation notices if you're not in the app. You can tap Settings > Notifications > Lark, and turn on Direct Messages. Then if someone sends you a message in Lark that includes a meeting invitation, you'll receive an instant notification.

Why can't I hear the ringtone and vibration on my phone when receiving a meeting invite?
This may be because your phone is in Silent mode or vibration is turned off.
  • Turn off the Silent mode. Tap Settings > Notifications > Lark and make sure that Sounds is turned on for Notifications.
  • To get vibration alerts, tap Settings > Sound & Haptics > Haptics, and choose the vibration alerts as needed.
