Why can't I turn on the microphone when using my phone for voice calls or video meetings?

I. Issue
You may not be unable to turn on the microphone while using your phone for voice calls or video meetings.
II. Solutions
  1. Enable microphone permission for Lark
A possible cause is that the microphone permission for the Lark app on your phone is not granted.
  • For iOS devices: Tap Settings, find the Lark app, and turn on the Microphone access.
  • For Android devices: Tap Settings > Apps > App Management, find the Lark app, and allow Lark to use the microphone.
  • Note: The setting may vary across different Android devices.
  1. Upgrade the Lark app to the latest version
Another possible cause is that you're using an outdated version of the Lark app. Upgrade Lark to the latest version from your app store, or install the latest version of Lark from the Lark official website.
