I. Intro
During a video meeting, participants can change their in-meeting names, making it easier to conveniently display different names for different scenarios. In-meeting name changes are effective immediately and only in the current meeting.
II. Steps

III. FAQs
Why can't I change my in-meeting name?
It's possible that the host hasn't enabled permission to change names for meeting participants. During a meeting, the host can select Change name in meeting in Security > Participant permissions in the bottom toolbar.

Can non-host participants change the in-meeting names of other participants?
No. Regular participants may only change their own in-meeting name. The host and co-host may change each other's in-meeting names.
After the in-meeting name of a participant has been changed, will the alias given to that contact also get replaced?
No. A name resulting from an in-meeting name change is an in-meeting name, and is only valid for that meeting in which the app is participating. It will not replace any name previously given to that contact.
