I. Intro
For video meetings initiated by users on different Lark plans, the upper limit of concurrent participants varies. Organizations can either upgrade the Lark plan or purchase Lark Webinar to raise the limit. To upgrade your Lark Plan or for more information, contact Support or your Customer Success Manager.

Note:
  • Lark Starter and Basic users:
  • Can only join ongoing video meetings, but can't initiate meetings or make video calls.
  • Can only make one-on-one voice calls, but can't share screens, record calls, enable subtitles, or invite others to the call.

If you need a meeting capacity of more than 500 participants, you can purchase Lark Webinar. Lark Webinar provides 1,000/3,000/5,000/10,000 participant plans.

Note: In this context, a "participant" refers to a device that has joined a Lark meeting. For instance, a single member may be logged into Lark on two devices and use them both to join the meeting. This would count as two "participants".
View the current participant limit
During a meeting, click Meeting Info in the upper-left corner of the meeting to view your organization's current participant limit.
