I. Intro
Notice: This function must be activated by an administrator before it can be used. If you're an administrator, see Admin | Allow organizers to view participant statistics.
As the host or co-host of a meeting, you can export meeting and participant information during the meeting. As a meeting organizer, you can export meeting the participant information after the meeting ends. This tracks the attendance of participants and helps you collect data in scenarios such as corporate training and online events.
II. Steps
Export during the meeting
- As the host or co-host, click the Participants icon in the toolbar during the meeting.
- In the participant list that opens on the right, click the ··· icon in the lower-right corner and select Export Participants. Lark will generate and open a meeting statistics spreadsheet in Sheets for you to view.
Note: You can only export during the meeting on the Lark desktop app.

The meeting statistics spreadsheet is divided into two parts:
- The first part contains the meeting's basic information, including its topic, ID, start and end time, and number of participants.
- The second part contains information about the participants' attendance information, including their name, meeting status, department, start time, and time in meeting.

Export after the meeting
As the meeting organizer, go to Meetings and click one of the meetings you organized under the History list. Click Export under Participant statistics to generate a Sheet containing data about the meeting.
Note: You can only export after the meeting on both the Lark desktop app and mobile app.

Click the file to view detailed statistics. The participant statistics are divided into two parts.
- The first part contains the meeting's basic information, including its topic, ID, start and end time, and number of participants.
- The second part contains information about the participants' attendance information, including their name, team, and time in meeting.
