I. Intro
You can conduct polls during Lark video meetings. These can have single choice or multiple choice questions, and answers can be anonymized or not. Results are shown immediately.
II. Steps
- Create a poll
Only the host or co-host can create a poll.
- Click the More icon > Poll > New Poll (or Create if you have saved polls).

- Enter title and add options. There will be two options by default. Click Add an option to add more.
- Further configure the settings for the poll. Click More Settings for the whole list of settings.
- Anonymous: If you do not select this option, answers will be associated with participants.
- Allow multiselect: If there are more than two options, you can set the maximum number of options participants can select.
- I do not vote: This is unchecked by default. If you select this option, you won't be able to participate in your own poll.
- Results can be viewed after voting: This is unchecked by default. If you select this option, participants will be able to view the results in real time after they vote.
- Voters can change their votes: This is unchecked by default. If you select this option, participants will be able to cancel and resubmit their vote.

- Click Save to save the draft of the poll. Or click Create Poll to launch the poll immediately.

- You can find your saved polls by clicking the More icon > Poll, and then click the Edit icon to modify it or Create Poll to launch it.

- Vote
Once the host or co-host conducts a poll, a voting window will appear in participants' screen for them to vote.
Note: Participants joining through meeting room devices cannot participate in the poll.
- If a participant closes the poll window, they can click the Poll icon in the toolbar (or the More icon > Poll) to access the Poll window.
- If Voters can change their votes was selected, the voters can modify their votes at any time until the poll closes. Click the Poll icon (or the More icon > Poll), select the poll, then on the Poll details page, click the Change my vote icon.

During the voting process and on the Poll details page, the host is able to:
- If the host won't vote, click Check Results to view the votes, vote shares, and the voting rate in real time.
- Click Send Reminder to send a reminder to participants who haven't submitted a vote.

- Close a poll
The host or co-host can close a poll at any time and show the result to the participants.
- On the Poll details page, click Close Poll.
- If you can't see the option, click View Results > Close Poll.

- Optionally, click Announce Results to display the result on the participants' screen, including the number and percentage of votes won by each option. Click Stop Announcing to hide the results.
- If multiple polls have been launched, the host and co-host can see which polls have had their results announced on the Poll details page.

- If needed, in the top-right corner of the poll details page, click the icon and select Copy and Create New Poll to quickly set up a similar poll.

- Download poll details
After the meeting, the meeting organizer can download a sheet that includes the poll's creator, start time, title, and other data.
- Go to Meetings > History and select the meeting.
- On the meeting details page, click Export under Poll information to generate the statistics of the poll as a sheet.
