Admin | Manage complaints in Subscriptions

I. Intro

Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators, Subscriptions app administrators, and administrators with Subscriptions app management permissions.
Members can lodge complaints about specific articles or accounts that are created through Lark Subscriptions. As an app administrator in Subscriptions, you can enter the Subscriptions admin console to perform actions on each complaint.
II. Steps
Go to the Subscriptions admin console and click Go to Admin. After you enter the console, click Complaint management > Pending in the left navigation bar.
Article complaints
Click the Article complaints tab to perform one of the following actions on the complaints:
  • Click Ignore to ignore the complaint. Lark will notify the complainant that no action will be taken.
  • Click Handle to handle the complaint. Lark will notify the complainant that action will be taken. You'll now need to contact the account administrator to make modifications to the article where necessary.
  • Click the icon next to Handle and then select Remove article to remove the article. The article will no longer be available for members to view. Lark will notify the complainant that action has been taken.

Account complaints
Click the Account complaints tab to perform one of the following actions on the complaints:
  • Click Ignore to ignore the complaint. Lark will notify the complainant that no action will be taken.
  • Click Handle to handle the complaint. Lark will notify the complainant that action will be taken. You'll now need to contact the account administrator to make modifications to the account where necessary.
  • Click the icon next to Handle and then select the option to go to the account management page where you can deactivate this account. Lark will notify the complainant that action has been taken.
  • Click the icon next to Handle and then select Modify to go to the account management page where you can modify this account. Lark will notify the complainant that action has been taken.
