Provide feedback about your experience with a Workplace app

I. Intro
If you encounter a problem when using an app found in Lark Workplace, or want to make an optimization suggestion, you can send it to the app developer through the in-app feedback option. This will help the developer optimize the app's functions and improve the user experience.
Note: Some apps might not provide a feedback channel because of special settings specified by the developer.
II. Steps
Go to the feedback interface
If you use a mini-program or web app, click the More icon ··· in the upper-right corner of the app page, and then select Feedback to go to the feedback interface.

If you use a bot app, click the bot name to open the app profile page. Click Give Feedback to go to the Feedback interface.

Submit feedback
The Feedback interface provides three types of feedback: Report bugs, Give suggestions, and Report violations.

Select the corresponding feedback type and then fill in the content on the feedback page. Then click Submit to complete the feedback submission.

If the app developer configures a Help Desk for the app, after selecting the feedback type, you will enter the app Help Desk chat interface, where you can directly provide feedback.
