I. Intro
Lingo is an online tool that collects and manages an organization's internal information.
It gathers specialized terms, abbreviations, and other organization-specific vocabulary into a dictionary. Members can view these entries to learn more about them and edit them to improve them.
Lingo recommends relevant entries when members are chatting, searching, or working on documents. This helps reduce the time and effort needed to find information, improving communication efficiency.

II. Lingo features
View entries
When you enter certain terms in chats, searches, or documents, a dotted underline will appear under those terms. This indicates the term has been added as an entry in Lingo.
Clicking the dotted underline will open a Lingo card that provides more information about the meaning of that term. Lingo cards help members understand specialized or organization-specific terms without interrupting their work.
To learn more, see View and share Lingo cards.
