I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrator or administrators with Lingo admin console permissions.
Lingo administrators can manage Lingo dictionaries, review terms, plan events, and perform data analysis through the Lingo admin console. When an administrator first accesses the Lingo admin console, they need to designate a Lingo administrator. After that, Lingo administrators can be added or removed as needed.
II. Steps
Add Lingo administrators
Go to the Lingo admin console. In the left sidebar, click System > Assign Roles > Add Administrator. Search for yourself or members of your organization, and then click Add.

Remove Lingo administrators
Go to the Lingo admin console. In the left sidebar, click System > Assign Roles. Locate the administrator and click Remove to the right of their name.

Note: Members receive a notification when you add or remove them as a Lingo administrator.
