How can I contact the attendance administrator?
Open the Attendance app and check the text below your name:
If it says "Not in any attendance group", tap Rules in the upper-right corner > Contact Admin, then tap an administrator in the list to initiate a chat. Or you can ask colleagues or leaders.
If you can see something else like a group name, tap Rules in the upper-right corner, scroll down to the bottom to find the administrators.
The administrator has set that overtime is allowed on workdays. Why is the overtime duration 0 when members apply for overtime?
The start and end time of the overtime request must be outside the working hours.
The administrator needs to confirm the following:
The working time is set properly:
The member has been added to the corresponding attendance group and the workdays, shifts and holidays have been set. In case of scheduled shift of an attendance group, go to the shift page to check whether the member has been scheduled.
Note: For free shifts, also check Working Hours is set properly.
