If you encounter problems using Attendance Admin, such as being unable to edit content or save changes, you can try the following steps.
II. Solution
Switch to the browser version
If you are using Attendance admin through the Lark desktop app, you can try switching to the browser version.
You can go to the browser in the following two ways:
Method 1: Click Open in browser in the upper-right corner of the Attendance desktop app, .

Method 2: Go to the Lark Admin Console > Workplace > App management, find and click Attendance and then click Go to App Admin Console.

Reopen your browser
- Open a private browsing window: Try to use the Attendance Admin through a private browsing window. Different browsers refer to this feature in different ways. For example, Chrome refers to its private browsing mode as "Incognito mode."
- Switch to another browser.
Restart the computer
Restart your computer and try to use Attendance Admin again.
